Aurora Digital Design LLC sells digital products. No physical product is shipped unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Depending on the product and checkout platform, customers receive access to their purchased files through the download page, order confirmation, or the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Most digital products are available for download immediately after payment is successfully processed. Payment processing, email delivery, or technical issues may occasionally cause a brief delay.

No Physical Shipment

Products identified as digital downloads are delivered electronically. No physical item will be mailed or shipped, and shipping charges do not apply to digital-only purchases.

Download or File Problems

If you cannot access your purchase, receive an incorrect file, encounter a corrupted file, or experience another delivery-related problem, please contact Aurora Digital Design LLC. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide access to the correct purchased files.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout and for downloading and securely storing purchased files after delivery.
