Digital Product & Refund Policy

This policy explains Aurora Digital Design LLC's approach to digital-product refunds, delivery problems, duplicate purchases, and customer remedies.

Effective August 26, 2026

1. Digital Products

Aurora primarily sells digital products and downloadable content. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

2. General Digital Refund Policy

Because digital products can ordinarily be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after delivery, purchases of successfully delivered digital products are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or where Aurora determines that a qualifying problem warrants a refund or replacement.

3. Qualifying Product Problems

If a digital product is materially defective, corrupted, incomplete, incorrectly delivered, or materially different from the product description, contact Aurora with enough information to investigate.

Where appropriate, Aurora may provide a corrected file, replacement download, technical assistance, or refund. Aurora may request screenshots, order information, error messages, or other reasonable evidence needed to diagnose the problem.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law, a refund generally will not be issued solely because:

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase;
  • The customer purchased the wrong product, size, format, license, or version despite the listing accurately describing it;
  • The customer lacks required software, hardware, fonts, printer capability, technical knowledge, or a compatible device that was disclosed or reasonably necessary for the product;
  • The customer’s printer, software, marketplace, browser, device, operating system, or third-party application produces different results;
  • The customer did not read the product description, license, dimensions, file format, or stated requirements before purchasing;
  • The customer expected a physical item when the listing clearly identified the product as a digital download; or
  • The customer no longer needs or wants the product after successful delivery.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If the same customer accidentally purchases the exact same digital product more than once, Aurora may, at its discretion and after verification, refund the unintended duplicate transaction where reasonably possible.

6. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact the payment provider and Aurora promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks, false non-delivery claims, or other abuse may result in suspension of access, license termination, or other lawful action.

7. Download and Access Issues

A download problem does not automatically mean the product is defective. Before requesting a refund, customers may be asked to try reasonable troubleshooting steps or use an alternate authorized download method.

If access failure is caused by Aurora or its delivery process and cannot reasonably be corrected, Aurora will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

8. License Violations

No refund is owed because a customer cannot use a product in a manner prohibited by the applicable license. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer Aurora's copyright or create unrestricted resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or source-file rights.

9. Promotions and Price Changes

Prices, sales, coupon codes, bundles, and promotions may change. Unless required by law or expressly stated in a promotion, Aurora is not obligated to retroactively apply a later discount to an earlier completed purchase.

10. Physical Products

If Aurora offers physical products in the future, the applicable product listing or separate physical-product return policy will govern returns, exchanges, shipping damage, and delivery issues for those products.

11. Marketplace Purchases

Purchases made through Etsy or another third-party marketplace may also be subject to that platform's required refund, cancellation, dispute, or buyer-protection rules. Where a platform rule legally or contractually controls the transaction, Aurora will comply with that rule.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
